This article describes how to customize the body of an email message intended for customers.
To customize an email template:
- Log in to the LiveVox Portal.
- On the Configure tab, click Messaging > Contact Flow.
 The Messages window appears.
- In the Message(s) field, select the Message containing the email message whose template you want to customize.
- On the General tab, double-click the Email Message row.
 The Email Editor window appears.  
 
- Define the email body by dragging the required components from the left pane to the canvas.
- Define the properties and style (for example, formatting) of the components by specifying the required values in the fields in the right pane. 
 
- Click Ok, and then, in the Messages window, click Save.
 You have customized the email template.
