Customizing an Email Template

This article describes how to customize the body of an email message intended for customers.

To customize an email template:

  1. Log in to the LiveVox Portal.
  2. On the Configure tab, click Messaging Contact Flow.
    The Messages window appears.
  3. In the Message(s) field, select the Message containing the email message whose template you want to customize.
  4. On the General tab, double-click the Email Message row.
    The Email Editor window appears.




  5. Define the email body by dragging the required components from the left pane to the canvas.
  6. Define the properties and style (for example, formatting) of the components by specifying the required values in the fields in the right pane.



  7. Click Ok, and then, in the Messages window, click Save.
    You have customized the email template.
