An inactive agent is not allowed to sign in, nor can you score an inactive agent. To active an agent, use the Agents window.

To activate an agent's profile:

  1. Log in to the LiveVox portal. 
  2. On the Configure tab, click Agents > Agents.
    The Agents window appears.
  3. On the General tab, select All from the Filter drop-down list.
  4. Delete

    All the active agents have an Active icon  in the Active column.
    Every agent, regardless of active/inactive/locked status, appears in the General Tab

  5. Double-click and select the inactive agent that you want to activate.
    The Agent Details window appears.
  6. Enable the Active Agent checkbox.
  7. Click Save.

The agent is activated, and is allowed to sign in and also you can score the agent.

To activate an agent's profile:

    The Agents window appears.
  2. On the General tab, select All from the Filter drop-down list.
  3. Double-click and select the inactive agent that you want to activate.
    The Agent Details window appears.
  4. Enable the Active Agent checkbox.
  5. Click Save.
    The agent is activated.

  • All agents, regardless of their status (active/inactive/locked), are displayed in the General Tab
  • All active agents are displayed with an Active icon () in the Active column.
