    Note:

Only copy Quick Connect services to create another Quick Connect Service, select Manual Services to create another Manual Service, and so on.

    • Click the Phones Numbers tab to associate/disassociate services to phone numbers. For more information about how to update phone numbers, see the Phone Numbers Tab section.
    • To remove or change the Local Caller ID (LCID) association, see the Advanced Features section of the Services: Settings Tab. LCID is designed to display a caller ID number that is local, or from a nearby location to customers on outbound dialing. When the customer returns the call, the LCID package routes the call to the appropriate inbound group.

      Note:

      • CID, Operator Phone, and Phone Number to TTS must be filled out with a value for all services to which an agent logs in.
