Deleting an Agent

  1. Navigate to Configure > Agents > Agents to open the Agents Editor.
  2. Select the required agent by clicking the row.
     
    Delete

    Note

    You can only delete agents with no dialing activity in the last 90 days.


  3. Click the Delete icon (X). The Confirm window appears.
     


  4. Click Yes to delete the agent.

    Warning

    Deletions cannot be undone.
