You can modify the page and the properties using the options available in the Design tab. Alternatively, you can modify or update the stylesheets using a script (Script) built using Javascript to create the pages.

Modifying a Script

1. On the  Configure tab, click Agents > Agent Desktop.
   The Agent Desktop window appears.
2.  Click the Designer tab.
3. Select the required Designer Desktop from the drop-down list.
4. Click the  (arrow) button.
   You are directed to the Designer desktop screen.
5. Click Scripts > SCRIPTS tab.
6. Double-click the script that you want to modify.
   The script opens in the Design tab.
7. Modify the script as required.
8. Click Save.
