Modifying a Script

You can modify the page and the properties using the options available in the Design tab. Alternatively, you can modify or update the stylesheets using a script (Script) built using Javascript to create the pages.
Modifying a Script
- On the Configure tab, click Agents > Agent Desktop.
The Agent Desktop window appears. - Click the Designer tab.
- Select the required Designer Desktop from the drop-down list.
- Click the
(arrow) button.
You are directed to the Designer desktop screen. - Click Scripts > SCRIPTS tab.
- Double-click the script that you want to modify.
The script opens in the Design tab. - Modify the script as required.
- Click Save.

To copy the page and properties of an existing script to a new script, click the Copy button in the SCRIPTS tab, provide a new name and description, and click Save.
