To delete grades from the scorecard:

1. Log on to the LiveVox Portal.
2. On the WFO tab, click SpeechIQ > Configuration > Scorecard.
   The Scorecard window appears.
3. Double-click the scorecard for which you want to delete the grades.
   The scorecard appears in the Settings tab.
   
   

   
   

4. Click the Grades tab.
5. On the Grades tab, hover over the grade that you want to delete. The Delete icon  appears:
   
   
   
   
6. Click the Delete icon  .
   The Grade Delete window appears.
7. Click Yes.
   The grade is deleted.
