Warning

Before you begin, ensure that you have:

  • The web address for your QCS portal.
  • Your client name (code).
  • Your user name and password.
  • The Manager or Sysadmin role.


To sign in to Wallboards:

  1. On your browser, in the Address bar, enter the Wallboards link provided by LiveVox.

    The Wallboards link is similar to https://client.livevox.com/qcsportal (for example, https://qcs.livevox.com/dashboard/).


    The Sign in window appears.

  2. Enter your client name, user name, and password.

  3. Click Sign in.

    The username and password for signing in to Wallboards are the same as those for signing in to the LiveVox Portal (LVP).


    The Dashboard window appears.
