If you enter incorrect credentials while logging in to the SmartReach Portal, you will be locked out of the application after a certain number of attempts. Your account must be unlocked before you can log in again. 

Only Sysadmin users can unlock the locked user accounts.

By default, users are allowed five failed login attempts. You can set the number of login attempts in Config > Services > Client > Security > Max Failed Login Attempts Portal.

To unlock a user:

  1. Log in to SmartReach as a Sysadmin user.
  2. Go to Config > System > User.
  3. Double-click the user you want to unlock. The Confirm window appears.
  4. Click Yes.
